Captains Personal Log

The USS Leviathan has gotten a new commanding officer and I am that new commanding officer. Starfleet has made sure that this ship has the best commanding officer. This vessel is a sovereign class starship. Newest in its class. I am hoping to get a good crew. However, Starfleet has yet to still give me a first officer. However, a first officer is a good officer. Someone who is experienced but however, I don't have a crew.
